Guidance in Every Season is committed to respectful, transparent service and reasonable protection of client information. These policies explain what clients can expect before support begins.
Guidance in Every Season collects only information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, arrange services and provide agreed support. Information is protected with reasonable safeguards and shared only with consent or when permitted or required by law. Your rights and responsibilities as a client
All services provided by Guidance in Every Season are voluntary and commence only after the scope, schedule, price, travel, payment, and cancellation terms are mutually agreed upon in writing. We ask that clients communicate any changes in a timely manner and treat everyone involved with respect. Travel within Grande Prairie, Alberta, is included in our services. Travel outside of Grande Prairie will be quoted in advance. Please note that we do not offer overnight, emergency, or continuous on-call support.

Important service agreements and disclosures
Guidance in Every Season provides non-medical education, companionship, planning and practical support. Services do not include diagnosis, treatment, medication services, psychotherapy, legal advice, capacity assessment or substitute decision-making. For immediate danger call 911. For Alberta health advice call 811. For suicide crisis support in Canada, call or text 988. Written permission is required before publishing a client’s name, story, testimonial or photograph. Prices, payment timing, cancellations, travel and any applicable taxes are confirmed in writing.
